Student Support USA is a service of VentureNest LLC, registered in New Jersey. When this policy refers to “we” or “us”, it refers to VentureNest LLC.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively share with us. That includes:

• Contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp, email) submitted through our forms.
• Information about your child’s university, start term, and preferred call time.
• Anything you share in a call or WhatsApp conversation with us.

We do not track your browsing on other websites, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how this website performs — nothing personally identifying.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, deliver the services you have engaged us for, and stay in touch during the semester with parent updates and wellbeing check-ins. That is it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share information with our vetted service partners (housing, SIM, banking) only when necessary to deliver a service you have requested, and only the minimum required.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver our services and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@studentsupportusa.com.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send a note to hello@studentsupportusa.com and we will action it promptly.
