Phase 02 · Arrival day

The first evening in America — calm, planned, understood.

For the family

Phase 03 · The first month

SIM, bank, housing, orientation — sequenced so nothing waits.

  • Housing search from our vetted network, with every lease reviewed before signing
  • Campus orientation, groceries, essentials, and the first week's meals sorted

A photo when the apartment is set up, if your child is comfortable sharing it. Small things that make the ocean feel smaller.

The SSN application is a Social Security Administration process. We guide your child through it — we do not file it on their behalf.

Phase 04 · The semester rhythm

The unglamorous work that decides the first year.

By now the rhythm is established. Communication moves to the pace your family prefers.

Tax preparation (Form 1040-NR, Sprintax, ITIN) belongs to a licensed preparer. We help your child understand what to bring — we do not file for them.
